How We Met

Corey and I met 4 and a half years ago in June of 2007. I wouldn't say that it was what they call "love at first sight", but we definitely clicked. Neither of us ever really expected anything would ever happen between us. I was just home working for the summer in Madison and Corey was not the "commitment" kind of guy. Nevertheless, I went back to school and we stayed close friends. We went through a lot of difficult times together for the next few years and eventually somewhere intermingled between all of the chaos, we fell in love. In May of 2011 we both made the decision to not only move in together, but to pick up and move to another state. We got our first apartment together in Minneapolis, Minnesota in June of 2011 where we still live with our two little doggies, Bucky and Miley. Corey proposed on January 1, 2012 and we can't want to spend the rest of our lives together!
